Two payment options are available for packages. The package can be paid for in full upfront. Alternately, you can pay for the package in installments when services are rendered. The minimum charge, as defined for the specific event, is due at the time of booking. We will specify the minimum charge for custom events at the time of booking. We accept cash, most major credit cards, and checks (with prior approval).
If you cannot attend a session, it is requested that you alert us as soon as possible. People who do not show up for sessions are responsible for the entire cost of the planned session. Likewise, people who fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance in non-emergency situations will be responsible for the entire cost of the session.

The down payment for group events will be forfeited if the event is cancelled within 2-weeks of the event. We may provide partial or complete refunds for events cancelled prior to the 2-week deadline. The event, preparation requirements, and time of cancellation will determine the refund availability and amount. Given the uniqueness of each event, the cancellation policy for a custom events will be clearly specified at the time of booking.
