If you find you can not attend a session, it is requested that you alert us as soon as possible with a minimum of 24-hour notice. People who fail to notify us that they will not attend a session or cancel within 24 hours in non-emergency situations are responsible for the entire cost of the planned session.
Group Events cancelled within 2-weeks of the event will forfeit the down payment. Events cancelled prior to that time may receive a partial or complete refund depending on the event, preparation requirements, etc. The cancellation policy for a specific event will be clearly specified at the time of booking.
