Every person is energy; thus, every person has a vibration. Each person’s vibration is unique to the person. Your vibration can vary, however, based on factors, such as, emotions, how much sleep you have had, how you feel mentally, and how you feel physically.

We will explore the uniqueness of each person’s vibration. We will also discuss how stress, sleep, and other factors impact your vibration, which in turn impacts your health.
