How does energy healing work?
Prior to a treatment, we work with the client to formulate an intent (goal) for the treatment. During a treatment, the client relaxes so that their body and mind are open to receiving healing energy. While the client relaxes, we act as a conduit to pull unnecessary or stagnant energy out of the client’s energy field and insert positive energy into the energy field. This improves physical functions of the body and can also result in emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.
How do I know if I need energy healing?
Everyone can benefit from energy treatments, whether you want to address physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual aspects of your life.
What benefits can I expect to gain from energy treatments?
Most people experience relaxation from an energy treatment, which is a benefit in itself. Energy treatments can also reduce pain, anxiety, effects from medical treatments, and much more. There is an intake process that helps identify your needs, which is also used to identify a specific intent for an energy treatment.
Can Past Life Regression be used for healing?
Yes. Matter of fact, we recommend that people who want to do past life regression have a specific issue that they want to address. The issue can be physical (e.g. an unexplained birthmark), mental, emotional, or spiritual. We have found that you will end up experiencing exactly what it is you need, which may not be related to your original goal.
How does a past life regression work?
The process we use for past life regressions is very much like a guided meditation. You are always in control and will never do anything that is against your nature. You may, however, be surprised (in a good way) by what you experience.
Are Past Life Regressions real?
Clients have amazing experiences with and responses to past life regressions. It has been shown that people sometimes report verifiable facts during regressions that they could not have known. However, most experiences will not find you in the role that is easily verified. That does not, however, take away from the experience. Will you tell me how to “fix” my life?
We will work with you to explore issues and will give you tools that you can use in your life. The most effective changes to your life happen when they come from within. Therefore, we will not under any circumstance tell you the “fix.” We are simply here to help you on that journey.
What is the format of personal development sessions?
Most sessions are available in person, via phone, or via video. Some limitations may apply.
Sessions begin with an intake, where we briefly discuss any information that we need for the session including any results since the last session. Then, we move into the session itself. We end with a wrap-up that summarizes key points and discuss the next session and activities to be done to prepare for the session.
What is a life coach?
A life coach is someone who facilitates your personal development by listening to you, acting as a sounding board, and providing tools and guidance. They are there to give and independent perspective as you dive deep to identify what truly inspires and drives you. A life coach often helps you set goals and create action plans, while keeping you focused and on track as you transform aspects of your life.
What is the difference between therapy and life coaching?
Life coaching should never be used for or mistaken for therapy. Life coaching is for healthy people who are not in need of therapy. The focus of therapy is on the obstacles or issues seriously affecting one’s life; whereas, the focus of life coaching is on finding solutions to problems for the purpose of enabling the client to move forward towards self identified goals.
What is your coaching style?
Our coaching style is a very individualized approach that is geared to the specific needs of the client. We can work with you in a textbook style approach, an experiential approach, or a more spiritual energetic approach.
